Right, we’ve been a bit behind on our blogging due to the Edinburgh Festival hogging all our spare time. Apologies all round but if you’ve been in Edinburgh over the last month you will understand how hectic it gets here.

It’s French, it’s from the 60’s, it’s my kinda film. I can’t wait to see ‘Pierrot Le Fou’ at Edinburgh’s lovely Filmhouse. It’s directed by Jean-Luc Godard and stars Anna Karina and Jean-Paul Belmondo. I fully expect to spend the entire 110 mins cooing over the costumes worn by Marianne. Ooooooooo.

Goodstead is lucky enough to be receiving some very special flag necklaces all the way from NYC. They are handmade by Cheri Messerli - stylist, illustrator, designer and creator of my favourite blog, Scout-Holiday.
I received mine via snail mail yesterday and have been wearing it ever since. My new favourite!

A capsule collection of Tracey Neuls shoes will be arriving shortly at Goodstead. They are from her very special new ‘Homage’ range. The designs are all about individuality and each shoe is beautifully hand-crafted. They are luscious ladies…the problem will lie in deciding which pair should adorn your feet this summer.

Last week saw the arrival of a small, but extremely special collection of Shofolk sandals. Each pair is handmade in Portugal. I feel like a small child in a chocolate factory. An essential!
