If you are in any way unhappy with you products purchased from www.goodstead.co.uk we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.

To help us process your return or exchange your order:

• Print off and complete a returns form
• Complete the form and return it with your unwanted item(s) to:

• If you are unable to print off a returns form simply write your reason for returning the item, along with details of any exchange request where necessary on the back of your original delivery slip and return this to us with the item.

Returns Terms and Conditions

• All returned items must be unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
• If returning footwear please ensure the package will prevent damage to the box
• We advise returning all good to us with a trackable and insured courier service
• We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit
